Procedure- Update recurring charges

Reasons to update the tenant's recurring charge/s:

1. Offering a temporary credit
2. Applying a proration for the FMR(First Month Rent) Charge
3. Increasing the rent - after renewing the lease
4. Receiving a letter Section 8 for the new Tenant Portion and HABC/HAP Portion
